Working in Naples since 1985, Kevin Baird began Machines for Living, Inc. (MFL) as a small general contracting company with a focus on quality workmanship and client satisfaction. Licensed in several states, MFL has grown in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Florida. Expanding its services from comprehensive property upgrades, MFL specializes in personal service, including design consultation with engineers and architects on large projects. When you ask us to help with your project, Kevin will stop by in person to consult with you and answer questions. By consistently delivering outstanding results, MFL became known for helping property owners maximize rental income and resale value.
